The new SUPRA semicentralized units have been designed by MAZZINIICI to develop efficient and low-cost air conditioning system for small and medium-size textile plants.
These units are designed according to a modular construction principle and so they can match a wide range of textile industry requirements, starting from the simple ones to the most complex. In this respect, the sole conditioning of the delivery air, a whole system with underground tunnels as well as a return air forced exhaustion can be designed by MAZZINIICI
In any case our care in erection is to strictly limit all expensive masonry works and modifications to existing structures by tailoring systems to Customer real needs.
A further plus consists in the full recovery and reuse of the apparatus.

The most significant component of the new SUPRA units is the innovative humidification system based upon the revolutionary High Humidification SWS concept permitting both high-efficiency saturation and enormous water and energy saving.

Air-conditioning process will provide the following performance :
air suction and filtering from working room;
air mixing through special dampers;
winter heating;
air humidification;
air propulsion through the air supplying duct

Two different air inlet ways are possible :
oversaturated air is obtained through a special duct suitable for conveying and distributing the air flow containing atomized and suspended water droplets, whose vaporisation occurs within the working rooms;
saturated air obtained by plastic drops eliminator, suitable for high velocity and traditional air ducts and diffusors.

The advanced and functional electronic instrumentation Digitron â is also supplied to permit automatic control of the room thermohygrometric conditions.
It is possible also to link up two or more air conditioning unit to a common station for forced and canalized air recycling, filtering and mixing operations (air exhaustion – recycling – external air inlet): “Combi system”.
