SWS High humidification

High humidification means the revolutionary adiabatic cooling system proposed by MAZZINIICI, developed and brought out to market after years of research and trials in the textile industry environment.
The goal of research was to abate excesive water wasting, which took place for humidification purpose, as well as to suppress the need for recirculation leading to those serious consequences which are more and more emphasized by the public healt authorities of many countries.
The result achieved completely overturns the ratio existing between water introduced and water returned with respect to the conventional systems.
The amount of return water is less than 20% of the global amount of water sprayed.
As a consequence, any processes undertaken to recover the scarce volume of water unused for humidification are felt as uneconomical.
The system efficiency already results in full air saturation at 1 metre from the mixing point.
This high efficiency along with the optimal water atomisation permits a very high oversaturation degree to be obtained, with neither dripping nor condensing.
What is shown in the diagram on the side relates to the industrial results obtained 40,000 Kg/h delivery air conditioning units.
