The new after sales and maintenance service proposed by MAZZINIICI is aimed at developing quality co-operation with Clients providing at the same time the experience and skills of its technical personnel.
This new service is articulated into three different areas, from careful control and testing of the installed equipment to the complete maintenance of the entire system, extended to the supply and replacement of expendable materials and spare parts
The efficiency and the operating conditions of filtering systems, waste suctions, air-conditioning and automatic control will be monitored by qualified personnel, who are provided with specially equipped vehicles for swift service, and are able to take total charge of all routine and preventative maintenance, replacing worn parts, controlling and resetting instruments as well as general cleaning of the system.
The simplest solution available is the SAP SERVICE, scheduled after sales service, this involves periodical visits from technical personnel to check the operation of all equipment and the correct efficiency of expendable materials, to train Clients personnel in charge of managing the system as well as resetting all control instruments.
The AFTER SALES SERVICE is more complete solution compared to the SAP service and involves in addition to the first option, the on site supply and replacement of all spare parts, cleaning and descaling of components and lubrification of all moving elements. This service is carried out by qualified personnel with the air of personnel appointed by the Client.
The most complete solution is the one called AFTER SALES AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE and included all service calls with the aid of exclusively MAZZINIICI personnel and therefore without additional costs for the Client. As optional, this service can be extended to include special calls on Sundays and public holidays or extraordinary service calls which are guaranteed within 48 hours.
