Rotary screen filter, added at range of equipments developed by MAZZINIICI for fibers and waste separation, is used to clean out the air with high concentration of dust and fibers.

Its filtering property, high separation capacity and low dimensions make it particularly versatile and employable as separator for air discharged by blow room and carding machines and as a prefilter for air coming from room and expecially full of fibers.
The inlet air, addressed to the lower side of housing, crosses filtering screen tight on rotary disc, lodging on it a mat of fibers.

A radial nozzle, fitted in fore position, sucks stored waste and conveys it to a compactor.

Three models with different sizes are available for covering air flow rates ranging from 6.000 to 60.000 cu.mt/h.
Our screen filter adds to its versatility and lowest dimensions a very low pressure drop and less power consumption
