CONDENSER FOR FIBRES

The condenser-separator of the new AP series, developed by MAZZINIICI, is used for separating both wastes and fibers from the transport and aspirated beneath the working machine, during the early stages of the textile processing.

Eight models with different seizes are available for covering air flow rates ranging from 5,000 to 110,000 cm/h.
This permits the most suitable machine to be chosen according to air quantity to be conditioned and discarded material kind to be removed (wastes, fibrils and heavy dust contained in the air).

The whole AP condenser range configuration is most interesting, for example, the waste mat is discharged from the machine side and not from the bottom. This construction pattern enables wastes to be usefully conveyed into a level press directly, and this also applies to those condenser types used for high air delivery operations, with large overall dimensions
