FIBER COMPACTOR F2.05

The fiber compactor enables the separation of the waste from the conveyance air by ceding the former to a filtering system, while the wastes are compacted and exhausted for subsequent collection into bags or to be pressed or introduced into production cycle again.
Our compactor operating system is provided for separating air from fibrils and wasted, being obtained inside the machine.
The air depurated from fibrils and waste, through the separation side, return into working cycle, while fibrils and wastes are addressed to the compacting section.
A conveyor worm-shutter elastic system makes possible waste pressing.

The continuous running of the conveyor worm ensure the prompt operation in waste pressing, even though the waste reach this point in form of blocks and through intermittent operating cycle. Thus keeping steady the pressure drop of the air inside the conveyance circuit. Our compactor F2-05 besided being easily serviceable and of reduced dimensions, is suitable to the waste features of the different kinds of wastes being more or less fine.
The treated air volume is from 1000 to 4000 cm/h; the amount of the wastes compactable varies from 40 to 100 Kg, according yo kind.
