SELF-DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM AUTODIGITRON

autodigitron, third and latest control component by Mazziniici, was conceived to facilitate the overall control of air-conditioning plants, as well as to carry out, in a totally automatic mode, the complete self-diagnosis of the connected systems.

The electronic control card with microprocessor, the heart of the system, communicates with sensors, regulators, actuators and all electrical components of the plant, with similar functions to a PLC, without the complexity regarding application and adaptation to the connected components.

Autodigitron is therefore capable of self-programming, after entering some essential information, which can be done by one of our technicians, so that the Customer does not need highly qualified personnel for this purpose.

Autodigitron programming and control software can have self-diagnosis functions, detecting any malfunction, and communicating the need of maintenance to the technicians or to the Mazziniici remote control system, then storing and transmitting the overall condition of the plant, including the status of motors, power absorption, malfunctions, temperature and humidity conditions in the production bays, position of the actuators and trend of variations
