BATCHING ROLLS

Outer batching rolls to wind fabric on rolls available with
the following winding systems:

- Tangential
- Tangential in axle
- Axial
- Axial with tangential control

Equipped with accessories for the fabric control and the roll handling they are manufactured in the various textile widths and configurations:

- Under loom for small rolls with independent small beam.
- Outer basis for big fabric rolls with joint footboard,equipped
withejector device,tables with lights,alternative overlapping
of selvage, meter counter.
- With fabric accumulator for fabric control before winding.
- Special versions for particular fabrics and conditions. Main
adjustments and settings according to the type of fabric to
be wound having particular solutions for technical fabrics,
glass and composites fibre
